Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to shipment.
- Carrier Services: Standard domestic orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on package destination and weight.
- Delivery Estimates: Standard ground shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days following carrier dispatch.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your carrier tracking number.
International Shipping
HIS Apparel LLC offers worldwide international shipping.
- Duties, Taxes & Import Fees: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (VAT), and customs clearing fees levied by the destination country. All additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. HIS Apparel LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- Customs Clearance: Customs procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. HIS Apparel LLC is not responsible for transit delays caused by local customs agencies.
- Refused Shipments: If an international package is refused by the customer due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the package will be abandoned. No refunds will be issued for refused international packages.
Address Verification & Lost Packages
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. HIS Apparel LLC is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, HIS Apparel LLC is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim for missing deliveries.
